Jnana mudra, or gesture of knowledge, is the hand position used in the current Hindu. The thumbs are together with the indices forming a small circle, a symbol of Yoga which means union. The fingers are stretched and relaxed the back of his hands rests on the knees.

Breathing
We must master our inspiration (Puraka) and expiration (Rechaka), as these rates are a reflection of our mental state. Every time we breathe in we have to realize that life is entering into us, as to hold your breath with full lungs and expand it represents life in the body, diffusing it, perceive it in its entirety. The expiration, however, is associated with sadness and abandonment, a symbolic death, which is why whenever we become aware that exhale the breath of life out and away from us.

Abstraction or Pratyahara
It is “isolate the senses”, to escape all that is external, any material form. That feeling, which produces rid of everything that surrounds us is an experience, but is not readily available. You can only achieve by being faithful to exercise and very consistent.

Concentration
Develop a strong concentration is similar to the development of physical strength. The goal is to help control the mind to concentrate on a particular item, either an object or a sunset.

Visualization
Seeing with the mind, is what we do in the transition between concentration and meditation is this intermediate stage through which we create images in our mind, we envision a situation that makes them stop our mental rhythms.

Meditation
It is the goal that we looked at the outset, we have inside. Only from this nothing can begin a genuine process of knowledge.

People have been meditating for a long time, but not many people in the west, we know that meditation not only brings peace of mind, but also helps to attract the things we want.

There are plenty of people who have not yet heard of the Law of Attraction. A universal law that says that attracts into our lives what we think about most. Basically we attract to us what we spend time thinking. Therefore, if you’re constantly worrying about being lonely, you are attracting into your life a little more solitude. Many people also heard of meditation, a practice used by millions to help calm your mind, regain the attention and improve their lives. Together they are a powerful tool to help transform their lives.

We must understand that the Law of Attraction is working all the time if we want it or not. We can not turn the law of gravity. Similarly we can not turn the law of attraction. It is a law that guides the way our universe. What we have to do is control the way it’s working for us. We have to make it work for us, not against us. To do this we must work our minds in a healthy and conscious so that we are able to put our lives in happiness, abundance, prosperity, peace and health. The meditation helps us to do so. Meditation helps us to achieve mindfulness. Mind is a method of becoming aware of everything that takes place in our individual scope of perception. Through mental we can pay attention and understand what we think is the meaning and feeling.

Mentally, through meditation brings to all of our subconscious thoughts to light. This is important because it is mostly subconscious thoughts that sabotage our lives and show more things we do not want. Meditation is a passive process of understanding so that we will not be trying to do anything with those negative thoughts to become conscious subconscious than we have, and to become aware of what they are. We will be able to see for ourselves the parallelism between the subconscious thoughts and the things that we stated in our lives.

The key to meditation is not to turn the mind, which is impossible, the point is to get in tune with our mind. We have to accept what the thoughts are, whether they are good or bad, do not add to the excitement. This means that if the thought is negative, we should not get upset by it, because if the idea is good, we should not throw a party. We just pay both kinds of thinking the same amount of attention.

Meditation helps us to achieve mindfulness which then allows us to take control of our lives and for many people who will be the first time to take an active role in their lives. Instead of reacting to what they think and feel we will get in touch with the deepest aspect of ourselves. Unable to get attached to our thoughts and feelings we are able to deepen and act from that place so that we are attracting what I really want. I urge you to give a try meditation. Become aware of your thoughts and actions and see what a difference it can make in your life when you have control over it.

To learn how to meditate, here is a simple meditation. You want to find a space where you can sit back and be free of distractions for about fifteen minutes. Remember that you are not trying to turn off your mind, you want to calm the mind. To do this you need to focus on one thing, if it is your own breath, a word, a sound, you should focus on it.

Make sure you are doing proper breathing, which is inhaled through the nose to a slow steady rhythm, feel the breath of his way to work in your body and move down into your lungs all the way to his diaphragm and then you slowly let the air constantly, feeling that leaving your body the same way he came in Breathe this way the entire time you are meditating.
