Snack between meals: a bad habit?

snack between mealsSnack between meals is one of the most common habits in our diet. The long periods of time between each intake can make you see the hunger and develop bad habits. But is it beneficial or harmful the habit of eating between meals?

1. Why pica between meals?
Meals. It is recommended to make five meals a day. There are many reasons why people bite between meals. It may be because of boredom, one of the most common causes, especially at work. Sometimes anxiety, which also leads to this custom. However, in most cases, the problem begins to follow a proper diet just in time too long between meals or low carbohydrates, fiber, etc..

It recommends five meals: breakfast, midmorning, lunch, snack and dinner. Respecting all, it’s hard to be hungry between them and not have to fall into this pernicious temptation.

2. Negative effects of pecking
Obesity. One of the consequences of not having control over food. The pecking behavior is one of the most harmful to the body, since in most cases the food you eat is very unhealthy.
