  • Leaves of myrtle or orange.
  • 1 liter of water.

How to prepare:

  • Make an infusion or tea with leaves of myrtle or orange.
  • Let simmer 5 minutes.

How to apply:

  • Take three times a day.
  • To prevent the infusion of myrtle take fasting for 7 days.
